What is your definition of re-rating and what would this be for ?
Only just started drilling so re-rating as a company not due for a while and that is if they find something significant with their current round of drilling.
Still a highly speculative stock buy has potential if indications from previous announcements come to fruition.
Personally I still have to research the company directors and get a feel for their commitment to the company.
