Good pickup mhar. I think if you read the App 3y filed on 7 June, Peter Dykes held 8 million shares in his own name, 4.7 million through Onyx Capital and 300k through Jampari. So if the annual report is only showing stock held in his own name only, it appears all is in order.

Orbis does not appear in the Top 20 so I take it that their holding is held through ANZ, Citicorp, JP Morgan et al nominee accounts. I suppose they still hold 50 million odd.
