    BPO and SLA have mediated (not withdrawn!)

    Settlement is apparently confidential - but have questioned PM on that and SPP

    PM assured me that a release regarding the implications of mediation will be coming "shortly"

    What I find pathetic is their AGM release, talking about Termilone as if nothing had happened.
