Centaurus Capital have a share agreement with CPB and they are now holding nearly 9%, its just a straight arbitrage regarding their stock.
When the offer hits 80% acceptance the CGT rollover will be available to all shareholders. As soon as this is confirmed and the offer becomes unconditional it will race straight to 90%.
Game over.
