After being sick of not hearing anything i went back over the ann's on the Trinidad proposed aquition ..and realised that to take a 90% stake in this very large group of assets, there would be a herculian amount of DD to be done to make sure there wasn't any suprises hidden under the carpet ... so over 3 mths have passed and i get the feeling they've uncovered more than they can chew on. a sound DD may also be a pre req for any or most of the overseas investors waiting to place their bets .... Hope they management like doing pro bono !
