    if CHM release another announcement today in reaction to MMX's late ann. yesterday - don't be caught too short IMO...

    Plus there is no mention of the proceeds of Mr.Grimaldi's 10 mill shares in MMX, that were most likely sold in the $3-$4 range, equating to $30-40mill for CHM.
