they don't just need to win the court case (which I think they will) but they need to win really big (which I think they won't) otherwise it is worthless and CFE have nothing to loose. If the win is only a few million then it will all go to CFE to pay them back for the facility and they walk away. If chm happen to win big CFE have control and chm shareholders will still loose in the long run.
