    Well the news is OUT :)

    Huge de-risking of the project with finance now not an issue.
    The NPV of the project is alot higher, now so the delays were actually beneficial, except for the heartache.

    Does anyone have a realistic adjusted NPV?

    I don't want to wait to november :)
