I am not sure yosef about that one, my view would be a Chinese company, however other hotcopper comments say they are only after the raw coal or Ore etc so could be one of the majors on the asx. There are two reports on the www.industrea.com.au site and it breaks down their compeditors and value.

Interest that IDL are trading at the lowest PE of their peers and have the highest debt level. So growth is where they are heading.
