Had a read of your post from the other day which I have copied below.
It looks like your "legal minds" opinion about timimg was a little wide of the mark.
It just might be that the same legal minds may have it wrong about outcome as well. If it was so cut and dry as you like to make out I dont think it would have taken this long for his honour to deliver judgement.
Settling this is just a dream now MMX
