I understand exactly what you mean, you can keep what you have but don't expect them to stump up for any more. These matters are constantly under review by margin lenders credit committees so as you pointed out, now we are back at year highs & with several optimistic broker reports out I wouldn't be surprised to see it back in the LVR category. It may well be worth a call to them to ask them to look at it, I've heard this has worked before in similar situations.
