As always, actions speak louder than words.
Although BPO have a lot of time to make noise and provide you all with confidence by claiming to have a path forward. I don't see BPO doing much with the opportunities they have had.
This distribution agreement was in place since 2007, BPO did not spend even half of what was agreed in the initial agreement.
SLA pour some money in BPO; BPO's response is to increase their salaries and give some chicken feed to development.
BPO are short on cash - rather than try and come to a commercial agreement to swap the BPO and SLA shares (both of similar value atm), BPO choose to cap SLA's SP and sell at sub fair value. And yes the directors dont exercise their options.
SLA don't make much noise, they prefer to act.
