Went back and found a couple of documents from January 2010 by the Receivers. They contain a projection the 2007 forestry project will have an overall net loss of $6 million and the 2008 one will have a net loss of $8 million.

Based on this I'll be now voting no to the 2007 proposal as well.

Doc- regarding your question on DC Legal I think they expect the money to come from PI insurance the directors would have taken out.
