F&B, these guys need to do the work now that the old guy is out of the way. Once it is done the local industry may have to stop looking at them the way they do - but lots of work yet.

There is always a reason that a stock is down and the risk is here on this one - question is if they can resolve it now because if they do it is only a matter of time. Question is how long. At least they have the money to sort things out and might have the resolve now.

Sometimes I take a very small position on these types of situations when change is possible and then sit back and wait to see before getting too serious.
