    re: Ann: CPB ANNOUNCES REVISED OFFER RECOMMEN... It's an arbitrage. Buy AEC at $3.97 and convert them to CPB shares.

    At $3.97 x 8.25 (4 for 33) = $32.75. Current price is $33.13.

    The higher CPB's price heads, so to AEC's. It has its risks though.
