You could be right. I am pretty sure some deal is being discussed and an announcement ought to happen in the not too distant future. NGF's latest quarterly report suggests they are interested in doing deals.

I suppose if NGF accesses CRK's ore then there will be no capital expenditure by CRK - NGF will simply set up its mining operation on CRK's deposit and mine it with CRK getting some agreed return.
