i agree budcar the offer is to low however i dont think we will get a better one. now to totally contradict myself ...I hung onto Clouster after Noble gobbled up 80 odd % only to see it go to ridiculous highs. i think i sold for a 300% gain in the end. My theory was that it was destined to ride regardless of any TO.
