Innocent mistake or deliberate and misleading conduct .....?? makes you wonder !!

Just proves that the terms of the original offer are ambibuous at best or worded to be misleading at worst !! It can't be seen as clear and obvious as their own people don't even understand it.

Either way, ss far as I am concerned, the bid should be struck out and they should have to start again with clear and concise exlanation of what is on offer.

I would be surprised if AGU weren't already aware !!
