Looks like aggressive accumulation to me. The market has finally woken up to the fact that this is a great value play.
I have looked over past contract announcements and IDL is usually a pretty tight ship. No running prior to the announcement and only very modest run up after announcement if any. In any case running from 35c to 41c on a pending contract ann on these volumes is pretty crazy.
