Django, I do not think the new resources that are coming on board has been taken into consideration yet, thus we have the SP still climbing up, slowly. There are plenty of stale bulls along the way, thus the resistance and also some stop loss taking. I believe accumulation is going on in this stock. DYOR,IMHO.
