Well i guess i'll just continue to talk to myself over here until someone else turns up. Buyer interest is building although we do seem to have a stand off for now. Wont take much to get going, perhaps the Q4 upgrade will be the catalyst. Until then, not a bad spot to meditate, ah the serenity. oommmmmmm........ :)
