have just started looking at accounts of goldsborough.

assuming our investment in goldsborough held in octanex accounts at June 2010 at fair value, our 29.15% ($1,082,844) should mean total net assets of goldsborough of $3,714,731.

we exercised options (16,081,597 @ 10c) increasing our investment to 45.15%, and increasing company net assets to $5,322,890 (our share $2,402,822)

Using this calculation we should be up for approx $2,920,068 to acquire the balance of the company.

I believe total issued capital of Goldsborough is 71,250,029,
with net assets of $5,322,890 or 7c a share. We excerised @ 10 cents.

Regardless of GA holding, needs to act in best interest of all shareholders, and I expect thats what we will see.
