Skydance, I have attempted to contact the company and their PR man by phone about the shareholder's meeting a few times in the last week. I have not emailed because in most cases they don't usually respond. I have usually had success over the phone. However to date I have not had a reply.
There may.... be an ann about the meeting soon.
It would be good to find out more ..... how, who and when about the intended purchase.
