i see in Sub s/h Notice that Deutsche bank bought on market at 15.5c
so clearly they are not expecting to make any money by accepting the cash offer of just 15c from AGL.
so they must be expecting either: 1. an increased offer from competitor 2. force an increased offer from AGL, by having a number of hedge funds communicate to AGL that they won't accept 15c offer 3. only buying MOS as arbitrage opportunity to get AGL scrip.
any thoughts?
