You missed the point "really". If the intent of the proxy form is to allow a vote on the scheme of arrangement AND a separate vote on the matter of the employee shares, then it has failed miserably. My copy of the proxy form provides for two separate votes on the employee shares matter and fails to provide for ANY vote on the scheme of arrangement with AGL.
Yes, it is obviously an administrative error by whoever designed and/or proofread the form before it was issued to shareholders. However, many a scheme has come unstuck by such an error.
