There is more than meets the eye Reiner. The first to fire legal proceedings does not necessarily mean they were the ones to call the DA off.
IMO after reading BPO's case (briefly) I highly doubt that is the reason for the DA to collapse. SLA have clearly diverted their attention elsewhere i.e. sale of Ropren in Russia and have not given BPO much love since mid this year.
BPO sound like a crying baby trying to get some attention. Afterall BPO doesn't have much choice now but to hope they get some cash back... because there isnt much left in the kitty. Looks like the lawyers are the winners again. Whatever happens - looks like BPO are going to be the biggest losers. They have nothing going for them except a legal case that is based on 'one experienced patent attorney's opinion' ... can I laugh out loud?
