Find as many deficiencies in the target's statement as you like, but the fact is, if you want AVE (which you do), you will have to pay more.

I would have thought this would be crystal clear from the miniscule number of acceptances and the current SP.

They are preparing for haggling on the increased price.

A new offer is coming shortly IMO.

I would have thought Mr Quinn is smart enough to avoid this deal slipping through his fingers.
