HTA has become a profitable company now but need much more for significant SP movement or needs to structure a plan to pay back mother company whampoa and reduce the share dilution as well as the percentage owned by whampoa. currently the share dilution is a big issue. I believe the ownership in the public is minimal (5% or less).
so in the long term if one of these happens then amazing buy but in the short term, i believe that this is going nowhere.
