I guess the requisitioning voters will fight another day or disappear.. hopefully they will let it go as they had a more than fair call to put Jitto on the board but this was not accepted. Hopefully they and us dont spend more money or time on it.


Kalmsg, Jitto is still an outside chance of getting on the board. Under the rules governing section 249D requisitions the board MUST put all requests to a vote at a General Meeting.

Ted has said in his Chairman's Address that Jitto was offered a board seat which he declined!

Presumably there were some conditions placed upon that offer which he didn't like, I'm guessing that was a requirement to back the rest of the board in voting against the other nominee and the proposed ousting of Dennis Wilkins.

Just on the Nyuni #2 drilling, previous presentations by KEY suggest drilling costs to KEY of US$3.5m although if memory serves I beleive they originally were anticipating a shallow water drill using a jackup rig rather than another land drill. So if that's right the cost to KEY would be a touch less.
