whilst theprogress is good news, you need to check at their balance sheet, see how much out of the two year 7m dollars wil be actually left.
with my experience with this company nothing will be left out of the 7M.
just look at how much they need for production to get the 7M and most critical how much their administration costs are for teh 2 years.

look at their annual reports for the (several)years.. their expenses are alweays much more of what they make.
