whilst chm have themselves in a tight patch at the moment with the boys from singapore.......they had secured funding befoe they were placed into admin.
the disclosure issue 'is' an issue but that is what the judge is there for.
they are seemingly good at waiting at chm. it is no problem for us the amount of time that it takes.
however for mmx the time is ticking on and one would think that they would want to be pushing forward with their project before market conditions deteriorate too much more (as they seemingly are at the moment....with this also being compounded by the pull out of harbinger).
I also thought that the resource report and upgrade would probably be sitting on a desk somewhere waiting for the dust to settle on the chm matter before a higher value is established for the resource.
With the resource that they are wanting to develop being under question it will no be going anywhere.
I am not gloating nor talking up my point. I am merely looking at the facts. I just hope that the whole lot can be resolved as soon as possible so that we can either :
1] figure out ways to spend our new found pennies
or
2] figure out ways to make the pennies that were lost back.
Bring on judgement day.........and may it be before 2012 ; )
