IMO they're lost in the woods...
Main reason I got in was the opportunity I saw in aggressively building Oztion/ Carbuddy, etc, etc with their cash resource base, technology, etc.
Seeing the success that small start ups like Trademe (NZ) have achieved and the massive horizontal integration once you've got the "eyeballs" (eg jobs, travel, property, dating, etc) the acquistion was, to me, looking solid.
No effort put in since buying Oztion (I talked to former management).
JMB is in a very crowded market with old products and massively resourced competition transitioning from web platforms to mobile.
In addition I read the other day that network operators are wanting to charge product providers to access their networks (they then make money through the end user via subscriptions, advertising, etc) not the other way around which is currently JMB's business model...
Good luck but my money is not going back in here.
Cheers
John
