You may be right, it may take someone like Mine Makers (MAK) to convert this deposit into a profitable mine. They specialize in developing existing deposits, but they are into phosphate at the moment.
I suspect bob is a geologist and miner at heart, not necessarily a businessman.
but that's just my opinion, he may yet prove me wrong.
