I should point out (the bleeding obvious) that 38c per kWh is $380 (USD) per MWh, several multiples of what the feed in tariff here in Aus would be, and for 99 MW this is about $38k of feed in revenue per hour of peak production during daylight hours.
Some of the more experienced solar energy posters here might be able to estimate what an average power output per day the plant might generate.
