yes wrongway, Placer will no doubt reduce the cash component of the offer from 28c to 18c, just as they did when AOR paid shareholders a dividend of 7c. They reduced the cash from 35c to 28c. Since by the end of October Placer will most probably have controlling interest and therefore may temporarily drop the offer altogether, but I doubt very much that anyone holding AOR will get the 10c special divdend and the 28c cash from Placer if they accept Placers offer thereafter.
