My eyes are watching eagerly but my hand will stay in my pocket for now. I'm really glad they have financing. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Of note:

1) Will Truestone sell shares for a quick profit driving the SP down?

2) VIL also did a similar deal with Truestone. They described it as a "backstop". They could use it for finance if no other funding was available. In the end they did not use the facility despite being (IMHO) absolutely desperate for funds. They indicated that the facility was too expensive. Don't be surprised if there is a cap raising.
