Hi there Afex,
I have never particularly liked this stock, but after a rethink I picked up a few last week.
My initial reasoning was around the infrastructure value, but the more I look at it the more it looks like an obvious take over target.(It would would be a nice fit for Transurban.)
Someone is definitely accumulating stock ...
