there are two groups of shareholders: one who is in love with the old directors and can not see the obvious facts that thses directors are a total failure. The second group hate the old directors so much and may fall in love with anyone as long as we get rid of the old guys.

I think u are the only one who see things objectivly. So it is more we need to read your post rather than you read ours :)
