I agree.

It's one thing to have risk associated with risky ventures in foreign lands.... it's another thing when that risk is compounded by directors stuff ups, whether intentional (for their benefit) or unintentional (by incompetence).

PUBLIC Company Directors, the OPM is not yours.... you have an obligation to maximise return to shareholders.
