re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting...
3B - Tanzania - Nuyni tennemant I think was promised to be a 2tcf gas discovery. So far I think they had one duster of a drill that returned some gas shows but not enough for commercialisation (nyuni-1), and of course recently KN-1 which is only 40Bcf. They still are quoting 2TCF for the tennemant - so time will tell!
West Songo Songo - could potentially be the company maker, as we have 50% of the tennemant, and it is closer to shore, and we are the operators. That said I think our best option for that tennemant is to farm it out to a major (as part of the interest in the area), and be free-carried for say 4 drill holes. That to me is our best result from there.
Our best income in the short term is the UK - so that is we're if they focused remaining capital to get income up, they might have cash-flow for future purposes each quater. Oh and the Aussie farm-in too if that is successful (but who knows). That is if we haven't purchased a lemon.
Which brings me to my next point. We've been having lemons for a while now with regards to this company. Things been a bit sour. Hopefully looking forward we may have some directors who know how to make lemonade. If we don't, then all those lemons will merely be compost!
That said I'm still disgusted in the way things were handled, but I do try and remain optimistic most of the time! Time will tell by this one. Buried 6ft under in my garden at the moment. Bottom drawer is clear!
