re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... rightly or wrongly, I feel disgusted that 9% of holders can overthrow the board of a listed Australian company. This situation makes me question all my ASX investments.

I will not sell because the asset value well and truly exceeds the M.C. I am preparing myself for a capital restructuring and more dilution of my holdings.

All i can say is that I hope these guys have a plan, and that we get to see it before they take power.
