Ultra ... I've watched this stock for some time, and don't mind it even though I don't own it and haven't yet. My only concern however is the highish dollar value of earn-outs over the coming couple of years. I'll be watching the next lot of financials with interest to see what the value of them is now. That is what will restrain real cash flow for a few years.
Apart from that looks very good value.
