i've not been following PGS for a long time so not really in the loop about what's going on with the share price

who gets the 8.5mil shares as part of renumeration? everyone who works for PGS? at first glance i thought they're issuing options to existing shareholders but that's clearly not the case. i just dont get why there's been such a big jump today...

so the directors getting paid in options instead of cash to help the financial position of the company? hmm got the start reading all the news and threads here over the last couple of years - really have no idea what PGS have been up to recently...
