I would be very suprised to see ITC at 8cents + by year end unless:
1. Excellent drilling results - in time for end year? Doubtful.
2. Takeover
The latter is a possibility given VPE's acquisition and the depressed share price though i'm not buying on that speculation.
Hope it drifts a bit lower.
