Last Nov at the AGM, the board got the ok from its shareholders to raise capital via a massive placement of 70m shares within three months (Nov - Feb).

Looking at that now, and the decision by the board not to go ahead with the placement, you would have to think this was for Tz.

I dont think it was coincidence that the offer from RAK to acquire KEY's Tz assets occurred around the same time (Jan - Mar). It is only history now that the sale did not go ahead despite an intial agreement of the sale price.
