Here you go directors of key I know your watching.

I have accumulated over 20% of people voting NO in upcoming general meeting.....not good for board.

Many unhappy shareholders out there and I don't blame them.

BOARD have become to comfortable or in coma as previously noted by another person on this thread which is probably best way to describe this.

Stop the sale of TZ and you might have favorable votes if not expect this not to proceed.

I have always been happy with this board but tz sale was final straw for many shareholders and I agree with them.
