With the remaining cash, DFS numbers, government support, eager smelters and the really pretty low capital costs - I honestly think that financing will be a lot easier than you imply. Though I accept we will have to wait a bit before the situation will be clear one way or the other.

As to others comments about being reliant on copper prices well, yes, it's a wannabe copper mining company! To me that seems a strength at the moment, not a weakness. With the clearly achievable Kylilahti going ahead and the expanding Roseby project to follow, I feel pretty good about my investment right now.
