I do think (IMO) that in order to get some action, if no satifactory response is received, then a copy of this and other correspondence (evidence, evidence, and more evidence) ought to be sent to the AFP fraud (securities and investment forensic) division as a genuine complaint which should be investigated. If the law is being broken, then something must be done.
