I'm a relative newby to trading shares but I have to admit WDS has confused me greatly. I got badly burnt when the price plunged so precipitously, and IMO disproportionately. I bought into WDS as a functioning, profitable company exposed broadly to what I thought would be a recovery mining, construction and energy sector. A couple of months of rain and more than half the share price evaporates. A few contracts appear with little effect on the SP, then suddenly a 25% jump with no news. Now bots are incontrol?!?!? The fundamentals seem to remain, they're far better positioned to start making serious money from any general recovery in the sector than a whole host of speculative prospectors yet the SP doesn't seem attached to any reality, is this all down to low volumes or just a lack of trust given the last 12 months performance?
