AXT come up on my radar on tue after gizard mentioned it.
It looks as though the spec end of the market has fired up again and AXT with only a small no of shares issued and cash in the Kitty and also xstrata in the wings looks to have the goods to become a potential m/bagger.
Ive built up a sizeable stake on Tue and today for a longer term trade.
